Exercise regularly, eat healthy food, and get plenty of rest. Unleash your creativity, participate in campus events, and learn new life skills outside textbooks.

Always speak the truth and conduct yourself with honesty. Respect every individual you encounter, and honor your parents and teachers who devote their lives to your future.
